ZRADE TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing, purchasing, enrolling in, or using Zrade, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase or access Zrade.

By enrolling, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.

3. EDUCATIONAL PURPOSE ONLY

Zrade provides educational content regarding trading concepts and market analysis.

Zrade does not provide:

  • Financial advice

  • Investment advice

  • Trading signals

  • Portfolio management

  • Brokerage services

All decisions remain the sole responsibility of the student.

4. ENROLLMENT & PAYMENT

Enrollment is granted after successful payment.

Prices may change for future students without notice.

Existing enrolled students retain the access granted at the time of purchase.

5. REFUND POLICY

Due to the digital nature of the educational materials, all sales are generally final.

Refund requests may be reviewed only in exceptional circumstances and solely at the discretion of Zrade and its Founder.

Submission of a refund request does not guarantee approval.

Any approved refund will be processed using the original payment method, where reasonably possible.

6. LIFETIME ACCESS

Where advertised, lifetime access refers to access for the operational lifetime of the Zrade platform.

We reserve the right to modify, update, remove, or reorganise content.

7. ACCOUNT RESPONSIBILITIES

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information

  • Maintain account security

  • Keep login credentials confidential

  • Use the platform lawfully

You remain responsible for activity conducted through your account.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content belongs exclusively to Zrade.

This includes:

  • Videos

  • PDFs

  • Course materials

  • Graphics

  • Branding

  • Curriculum

  • Educational content

Students may use content solely for personal educational purposes.

Students may not:

  • Redistribute content

  • Upload content to Telegram, Discord, websites, cloud drives, or file-sharing platforms

  • Record content for redistribution

  • Resell materials

  • Share accounts

9. ACCOUNT SUSPENSION

We may suspend or terminate accounts while investigating:

  • Fraud

  • Chargebacks

  • Unauthorized access

  • Abuse of the platform

  • Intellectual property violations

  • Breaches of these Terms

Suspension does not create any entitlement to a refund.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zrade shall not be liable for:

  • Trading losses

  • Financial losses

  • Loss of profits

  • Business interruption

  • Indirect or consequential damages

Maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the student.

11. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

We may use third-party providers for:

  • Payment processing

  • Hosting

  • Analytics

  • Communications

We are not responsible for the independent actions or policies of third-party providers.

12. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of England and Wales.

Any dispute shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation.

Where resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
